Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) Required

Location: BB4 Area
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Pay: £14.25 per hour
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the BB4 area.
This role will involve providing general classroom cover across Key Stage 2, as well as delivering interventions and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Previous experience working within Key Stage 2
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Hard-working, motivated, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
- Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions
- Assisting pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs
- Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
