Location: Newham, East London (Manor Park)
Contract: Starting at 4-weeks, extension upon review
Working Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Early finish on Fridays)
Pay: 150-185 per day (No marking or planning outside of teaching schedule)

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join a dedicated Humanities department. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them while supporting their academic progress and achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress and attainment
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of students of varying abilities
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Support the wider aims and ethos of the school
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in Geography
- Experience teaching Geography within a UK secondary school setting
- A relevant degree in Geography, Humanities, or a related subject
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to helping all students reach their full potential
