Are you a passionate and inspiring Geography teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Geography to join our successful and supportive Humanities faculty at our thriving secondary school near Stansted Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educator to teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4.
About the Role The successful candidate will: · Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons that inspire a love of learning. · Plan and teach a challenging and inclusive curriculum. · Monitor and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes. · Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities, including fieldwork and educational visits. · Play an active role in the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who: · Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. · Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography. · Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning. · Has excellent communication and organisational skills. · Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities. · ECTs and experienced teachers are equally welcome to apply.
