The Global Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing, brand and communication strategies within the consumer products division to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth. This role focuses on developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing communication channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This is a 12 month maternity cover position based in Berkshire.

The successful Global Marketing Manager will…
- Develop and execute EU marketing plans in alignment with the company's EU marketing strategy.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the local marketing teams to adapt campaigns and content for the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact.
- Manage the annual marketing budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop and manage marketing content such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, social media posts, and website materials.
- Manage the company's digital presence, including websites, social media accounts, and online advertising.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements.
Profile
A successful Global Marketing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing communication strategies within the business services industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders ideally, with previous experience across regional markets.
