Description
Global Payroll Manager…
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the UK, North America and Australia
- Oversee payroll processing through ADP, ensuring strong data integrity and system accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all local payroll legislation, tax and statutory requirements
- Review and approve payroll inputs including starters, leavers, changes, bonuses and benefits
- Own payroll controls, reconciliations, reporting and audit readiness
- Partner with senior stakeholders across People, Finance and external providers
- Support month-end and year-end processes, including reporting and submissions
- Identify and implement process improvements and standardisation initiatives
- Act as the go-to expert for payroll queries and legislative updates
Profile
The successful Global Payroll Manager…
- Proven experience in a global / multi-country payroll leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of payroll operations, controls and compliance
- Experience managing complex payroll environments across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across HR and Finance
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
