The Governance Administrator will support the effective running of governance processes and administrative tasks within a not-for-profit organisation. This role is based in Croydon and is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Description

  • Provide administrative support for governance-related activities, including scheduling and preparing for meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of board and committee documents, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, agendas, and minutes for governance meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the coordination of internal and external communications related to governance matters.
  • Manage and update governance databases and systems as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of governance processes.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the secretarial and business support department.

Profile

A successful Governance Administrator should have:

  • A strong understanding of administrative processes and governance principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Offer
