Job Title: Graduate Architectural Technologist

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Architectural Technologist to join and grow within their technical team based in Huddersfield.

Duties for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist include:
- Produce technical architectural drawings from planning layouts
- Work on and provide architectural design services to residential and commercial projects
- Produce detailed design information
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Skills and experience for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience is desirable
- Proficiency with Revit
- Good understanding of UK building regulations
- Good technical detailing and presentation skills
- Looking to gain CIAT chartership
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK drivers license
