As a Cover Supervisor, you will take the lead in managing classrooms in the absence of the class teacher, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Schools are looking for graduates who are proactive, resilient, and able to build rapport quickly with young people. Previous experience working with children or young adults is advantageous, but not essential – what matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, maintain a calm and professional presence, and adapt to different classroom environments. Full support and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
