  • Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Assisting with project work and providing support across the wider Operations team when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, naturally analytical and enjoys solving problems.

You'll ideally have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • Up to two years' experience within finance, payments, banking, treasury or financial operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in financial markets, payments or fintech.
  • Previous exposure to FX, payment processing or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.

What's on Offer

  • Annual bonus.
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Generous pension contribution.
  • Private medical, dental and optical cover.
  • Life assurance and critical illness cover.
