An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Geologist to join a well-established and growing ground investigation specialist based in Aberdeen. This independent consultancy delivers high-quality geotechnical and environmental services across Scotland, supporting projects from small residential developments to large-scale civil engineering works.
As a Graduate Geologist, you will gain hands-on experience across site and office-based activities, working with experienced engineers and technicians.
The Role
The successful Graduate Geologist will be involved in:

Assisting with ground investigations, drilling and site testing

Logging soil and rock samples and supporting laboratory testing

Preparing factual and interpretive reports
-
Supporting environmental and contaminated land assessments
-
Working across a variety of projects throughout Scotland

Requirements
To be considered for this Graduate Geologist role, you should have:

A degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Geoscience or similar

A full UK driving licence

Full right to work in the UK

The ability to live in or commute to Aberdeen

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
