My client is located in the heart of Manchester and they're looking for a Graduate Operations Associate to join them!
What You'll Do:
- Assist with the planning, tracking, and delivery of small operational projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Support process improvements by gathering information and identifying inefficiencies
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support operational activities
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and inbox management
- Monitor key operational tasks and ensure deadlines are met
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience supporting projects or working in a project-based environment is desirable
- A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
