An exceptional employer within the Events sector are looking for an eager and motivated graduate to join their busy business support team, to help contribute to the successful logistical planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale events! Working with a wide range of audiences and stakeholders, this a varied role and a chance to engage with multiple industries and themes – get to know the world of business!

Working across internal teams such as marketing, sales and administration, your role would include:
– Liaising with key clients, stakeholders, venues and suppliers
– Managing venues, working with bookings, invoices and plans
– Managing key documentation and communication
– Work closely with event budgets, ensuring all needs are met
– Supporting post-event administration and follow up
– Managing the registration and planning of delegates/ attendees
What we are looking for:
– An ambitious recent Graduate (subject is open yet Business, Marketing, Media etc preferred)
– Ambition and eagerness to grow and progress your career
– Ability to work in Tunbridge Wells daily
– Confidence, organisation and proactivity
– Calm under pressure
