What you’ll be doing
From day one, you’ll be trained and supported, then given real responsibility across:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Writing and managing job adverts
- Interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Preparing candidates for client interviews
- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Consistently hitting targets and earning commission
What we’re looking for
You don’t need a background in recruitment, but you should bring:
- Some exposure to sales, targets, or a commercial environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- A professional mindset and work ethic
- Competitive nature and motivation to succeed
- Resilience and the ability to handle pressure
What you’ll get
- £27,000-£28,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission (realistic £50k–£60k+ in year one)
