Your Role
You’ll be a key part of the classroom, supporting students to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
- Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups (including ASD, ADHD & communication needs)
- Help students build confidence, emotional regulation, and independence
- Use creative, adaptable approaches to support learning
- Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff
From day one, you’ll be making a real difference while building practical, career-shaping skills.

- Available Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
- Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
