The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range, working alongside experienced teachers to help children achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting learning, behaviour, social development and classroom activities while learning from experienced education professionals.
The school is looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
• Is enthusiastic, energetic and keen to make a positive impact.
• Builds positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is resilient, proactive and willing to learn.
• Is considering a future career in education or a child-focused profession.
• Holds a degree or is currently studying towards one (desirable but not essential).

The school has a strong track record of helping aspiring teachers and education professionals develop their skills, with opportunities to gain experience across different year groups and areas of need.
