- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students.
- Support students with their learning and development across the secondary curriculum.
- Deliver interventions and targeted academic support.

- Monitor and record student progress.
- Provide regular feedback to teaching staff on student achievement and needs.
- Help create a positive, nurturing and purposeful learning environment.
- Support students with additional learning needs where required.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
