Graduate Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Primary Schools across Hertfordshire Contract: Full-Time or Flexible Supply Pay: £93 – £100 per day via PAYE

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Hertfordshire.

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery * Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning and progress * Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment * Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and development * Gaining hands-on experience to support your future career in education
What we're looking for:
* A degree (2:2 or above preferred – any subject considered) * A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we can support you through the process) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children * A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
