Salary: £95-£115 per day

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a number of successful secondary schools in Hackney seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support learning across a range of subjects.
This role offers excellent classroom experience before teacher training.
The Role
You will:
- Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Deliver small group interventions.
- Provide one-to-one academic support.
- Assist students with classroom activities.
- Help prepare learning resources.
- Encourage student engagement and confidence.
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Hold a degree.
- Be enthusiastic about education.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be confident working with young people.
- Be reliable, proactive and adaptable.
- Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
