A boutique, independent Wealth Management firm based in the City is seeking an ambitious graduate who wants to build a genuine long-term career in financial planning and wealth management — not just take a job.
The Role
This is a true entry-level position with a clear, structured development pathway. You'll begin in Adviser Support, gaining hands-on experience across pensions, investments and protection, while working closely with Advisers who support a high-net-worth client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaising with third-party providers
- Onboarding new business and ensuring documentation is fully FCA compliant
- Preparing client meeting documentation using FE Analytics
- Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and experience grow

About You

- Willing to start at the bottom and progress the traditional way within an IFA structure
- Internship or work experience in Wealth Management (or similar) is a requirement
