Sales & Marketing Associate – Graduates
Huntingdon – Flexible working arrangements,
£25,000 per annum
This role is responsible for generating new sales leads, progressing online leads, prospecting new customers, and driving outbound sales activities to expand the client base and increase revenue. This role also involves creating, implementing, and following up on targeted marketing campaigns within the existing customer base to boost sales, improve conversion rates, and attract new clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Prospect and engage potential customers, presenting our materials solutions and products effectively.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, to develop new business opportunities.
- Provide selected customers with accurate quotations and convert them to order.
- Design, launch, and track marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales to existing customers.
- Follow up on campaign results, analyse performance, and optimise strategies for higher conversion and customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and campaign outcomes.
Person Requirements
- Educated to a degree level
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- French and/or German language skills highly desirable.
