Search Group Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality and spa destination set within a truly spectacular Northumberland estate.
This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic, high-end venue at an exciting stage of growth — building out an in-house creative team to elevate brand and marketing output.
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong print expertise to take ownership of visual output across the brand — delivering beautifully executed, on-brand creative across both print and digital channels.
The Opportunity

- Own high-end creative output across premium print and digital touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with marketing to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing high-quality print collateral — brochures, menus, event programmes, signage, and more
- Managing print production end-to-end, including supplier liaison and press checks
- Creating digital assets for social, email, web, and campaigns
- Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all visual communications
- Collaborating with marketing to produce visually compelling, integrated campaigns
- Supporting wider teams with design for events, partnerships, and guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong expertise in print production, prepress, and colour management
- A sharp eye for layout, typography, and detail
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Experience within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands would be highly beneficial.
