Groundworker – Finishing Works (Housing Site)
Location: Leyland
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Duration: 3-4 weeks
Requirements: CSCS essential, Dumper ticket desirable, own hand tools desirable.
Your new companyYou'll be joining a well-established contractor delivering high-quality finishing works on a busy housing development. The team is known for maintaining strong site standards, clear communication, and a supportive working environment.
Your new roleYou will be carrying out a range of finishing groundworks tasks including:
- Paving
- Kerbing
- Stoning up
- Flagging
- General finishing duties as required
You'll be working alongside site management to ensure plots are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong experience in finishing works on housing sites
- Dumper ticket – desirable but not essential
- Own hand tools – desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
