Groundworker (with Dumper & Roller)
Location: Tilbury, Essex
Position: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Rate: £19.00 – £22.00 per hour (Dependent on experience/pay ticket)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker who holds valid Dumper and Roller tickets for an immediate start on a busy commercial development site in the Tilbury area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operative looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and the potential for long-term work.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out all aspects of deep drainage, finishing work, curbing, and paving.

Safe operation of Forward Tipping Dumpers and Ride-On Rollers on site.

Assisting the site management team with daily groundworks tasks as required.

Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations on site.
What We Need From You

CPCS or NPORS Card: Must have Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-On Roller categories.

Experience: Proven track record in all aspects of groundworks (drainage and finishing experience is highly desirable).

Reliability: Excellent timekeeping and a strong work ethic.

Safety: Full personal protective equipment (PPE) and a safety-first mindset.

References: Able to provide at least two recent, checkable work references.
