Description

  • Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks across the organisation.
  • Monitor and review compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.

  • Lead internal audits to ensure adherence to established controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide training and guidance on internal controls to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful Group Internal Controls Manager should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Extensive knowledge of internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Proven experience within the FMCG industry or a related sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
