Description
- Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks across the organisation.

- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
- Provide training and guidance on internal controls to relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Group Internal Controls Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Extensive knowledge of internal controls and risk management practices.
- Proven experience within the FMCG industry or a related sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
