Interim Group Reporting Manager
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Interim Group Reporting Senior Manager to join the Group Finance team on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will support the delivery of group reporting, consolidations, budgeting and statutory reporting within a busy and evolving finance function.
Location: Central Bristol
Rate: Competitive (Insdie IR35)
Duration: 12 Months
Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly group balance sheet consolidation, including reviewing submissions from international entities and processing consolidation adjustments
- Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process, working closely with the Group Financial Controller to resolve differences
- Support the annual group budgeting process and coordinate key deliverables
- Prepare statutory accounts for UK holding and dormant entities
- Produce ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for senior finance leadership
- Support the preparation of monthly group management accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls
Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations within a multi-entity organisation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and group finance systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
