Location: Poole (Bh15) – mobile role covering the Dorset area
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £30,000 + vehicle
Duration: Temp to Perm
Notes: Security vetting to be carried out on successful candidate prior to starting
Duties
- To undertake minor fabric reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To actively undertake proactive maintenance works.
- Low level PPM tasks as required.
- Actively ensure that site housekeeping is kept to an acceptable standard particularly in plant rooms
- Low level plumbing tasks.
- Legionella monthly checks
Person Specification
- Full UK Drivers License
- Previous experience in a Handyperson/FM role
