Description
- Lead the commercial finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Drive cost efficiency and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Present financial performance updates and forecasts to the leadership team.
Profile
A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Proven experience in commercial finance within FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
