About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Compliance (SMF16) to lead the Compliance function and provide independent second-line oversight across the Group.
This is a highly visible leadership role, offering direct engagement with the Board, Executive Team, FCA and PRA. You will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering strong customer outcomes, and providing strategic insight and challenge across the business.
Surrey based
Hybrid- 3 days work

- Product, Pricing & Distribution Oversight
- Third Party and Outsourcing Compliance
- Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
Requirement
- Significant compliance leadership experience within General insurance
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty, Operational Resilience, SMCR and Conduct Risk.
- Experience operating effectively at Board and Executive level.
- A proven track record of managing regulatory relationships and inspections.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
