An opportunity has arisen for a Data Enablement Manager to play a key role in helping a business unlock the full value of its data. This position focuses on connecting data capabilities with business needs, ensuring teams are equipped to use data effectively and confidently.
Head of Data Enablement- What You'll Be Doing:
- Champion the use of data across the organisation, improving accessibility and adoption
- Align and drive multiple data initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes
- Partner with key stakeholders to shape requirements into practical solutions
- Translate technical data work into clear, business-friendly insights
- Build strong relationships to encourage a data-driven culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing team
Head of Data Enablement -What We're Looking For:
- Experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- Strong track record of working with both technical teams and business users
- Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments
- Ability to influence decisions and drive progress without direct authority
- Exposure to delivering or supporting data-driven projects
Technical & Business Awareness
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools
- Understanding of how data products or similar frameworks operate
- Appreciation for how data supports commercial decision-making
Nice to Have
- Experience working in regulated industries
