As Head of Drama, you will inspire students through engaging and creative lessons while leading the strategic development of the department. You will work alongside a highly supportive leadership team and outstanding colleagues who are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for every student.
This role offers the opportunity to teach motivated GCSE and A Level students, develop an innovative curriculum, lead school productions, and foster a culture of creativity, excellence and high achievement.

The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable.
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for Drama and the performing arts.
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire both students and colleagues.
- Be committed to raising achievement and delivering an exceptional educational experience.
