The College is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Head of Film and Media Studies to lead and further develop this successful and popular department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Media/Film specialist to shape curriculum, inspire creativity, and drive outstanding student outcomes across key stages.

About the Role
As Head of Film and Media Studies, you will:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of Film and Media Studies
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning
- Line manage and support department staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high expectations
- Drive consistently strong outcomes and progress for all students
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and development
This role attracts a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR 2.3) of £8,609 per annum.

Our Film and Media Department is a high-performing, creative and forward-thinking team passionate about making learning relevant, engaging and ambitious.
