- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.
- Monitor and optimise cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Demonstrated experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a finance team.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Exceptional knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
