Trinity House Group
I am delighted to be working with a values led organisation seeking an interim Head of Finance reporting into the CFO. The post holder will work closely with the CFO as a genuine partner, helping them lead and coach the team, through resistance to change in the wider team and to address capacity and development needs.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is equally comfortable preparing journals and reconciliations as they are redesigning processes and challenging existing ways of working. Working closely with the CFO, the successful candidate will maintain business-as-usual activities while delivering a programme of finance improvements, including process simplification, systems optimisation and strengthening financial controls.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a small but ambitious organisation. Working directly with the CFO, you will help shape a more efficient, resilient and sustainable finance function, delivering practical improvements that will strengthen reporting, reduce manual processes and improve the long-term sustainability of the finance function.
