Location: Epsom, Surrey
Working pattern: Flexible / Hybrid (typically 1 day per week or 2 days per month in office)
Reed HR are partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to recruit a Head of Learning & Development.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to shape and deliver a forward-looking learning strategy.
This role sits on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and plays a key part in driving organisational performance, capability, and culture through impactful learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Learning & Development function, managing a small team
- Design and deliver a cohesive L&D strategy aligned to organisational goals
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs
- Embed a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation
- Oversee leadership development, talent programmes, and organisational development initiatives
About You
- Proven experience operating in a senior L&D leadership role
- Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to influence at executive level and contribute strategically at SLT
- Commercially aware, with a results-driven approach to learning impact
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
