Are you an experienced programme leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale operational rollouts, infrastructure projects or multi-site deployments?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading organisation where you will lead the delivery of major strategic programmes, driving operational excellence, governance and business growth across a complex multi-site environment.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will take ownership of critical programme delivery activities, establishing deployment strategies, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence over business performance and future growth.
The Role:
- Lead major deployment and operational delivery programmes
- Drive programme performance, governance, budgets and key milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, supply chain and project delivery
- Act as the senior escalation point for programme risks, challenges and strategic decisions
The Person:
- Proven experience leading large-scale programmes, national rollouts or complex operational deployments
- Leadership background within engineering, operations, infrastructure, logistics or technical environments
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, programme governance and significant project budgets
