Head of Property – Residential & Commercial Conveyancing
Location: Romford
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead our Residential and Commercial Conveyancing teams. This senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality conveyancing services, driving operational performance, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes across both practice areas.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial property law, with proven experience managing teams and leading a busy conveyancing function. You will be responsible for supervising fee earners, maintaining compliance and risk management standards, improving processes, and supporting business growth.
A key focus of the role will be the effective use of legal technology and case management systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client service. You will play an active role in developing the department, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware property professional with strong leadership skills to take ownership of a well-established department and contribute to the firm's continued success.
