Our client is looking for an experienced operations leader to head up its Direct Labour / Repairs offering, driving high-quality repairs, damp and mould works, and an outstanding resident experience.
The Role
You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs, ensuring safety, compliance and value for money while building a high-performing, customer-focused team.
What You'll Do
- Lead service operational delivery of housing repairs and damp and mould works across
- Drive performance, KPIs and continuous improvement across direct labour teams
- Own budgets, resourcing and value-for-money outcomes
- Champion an excellent, top-quartile resident experience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors and the Board
- Create a first-class service repairs function
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience leading / developing commercial repairs, maintenance or direct labour operations
- Strong technical, financial and people-leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of H&S, CDM and regulatory requirements
- A full driving licence and flexibility to travel
