Head of Residential Conveyancing | 10+ PQE | Wiltshire | Competitive Salary + Bonus
A well-established and progressive law firm in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead its successful property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway to Partnership and the autonomy to shape and grow the team.
The role will involve overseeing the residential conveyancing department, managing and mentoring team members, and handling a quality caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. You will also play a key role in business development, maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other referrers.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with significant residential conveyancing experience and proven leadership skills, or senior fee earners ready to step into a management position. Strong commercial awareness, excellent client care skills, and an ambition to progress to Partnership are essential.
