The Role
The Head of Science will take ownership of scientific direction across a growing organisation focused on large-scale environmental impact. As Head of Science, you will guide senior specialists, ensure technical outputs meet high standards, and align science delivery with business goals.
You’ll oversee modelling approaches, refine methodologies, and ensure robust validation of scientific outputs.
The Head of Science will also act as the key scientific spokesperson, engaging with stakeholders, investors, and partners. You will bridge technical delivery and commercial strategy, ensuring science is both credible and deployable. Collaboration across product, operations, and leadership teams is central to the role.
