About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Head of Science to lead a successful and well-established department within a leading Independent School. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of Science across Key Stages 3 to 5, working alongside a highly collaborative team in exceptional facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence, fostering intellectual curiosity, and ensuring that pupils are inspired to achieve their full potential. Experienced Science Teacher
A strong classroom practitioner with a passion for Science and a track record of delivering excellent outcomes across one or more disciplines.

A teacher who is committed to providing a first-class education and who values the importance of developing the whole child.
Strategic Thinker
Confident in using data and educational research to inform planning and lead departmental development.
Qualified Professional
QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification is essential, and previous middle leadership experience is highly desirable.
