Head of Stand Installations | Rayleigh | £45,000 to £50,000 + OTE
We are looking for an experienced Head of Stand Installations to lead the planning, management and delivery of exhibition stand installations across the UK and Europe. You'll oversee projects from production through to installation, dismantle and return, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all exhibition stand installations from planning to completion.
- Schedule labour, vehicles, equipment and installation programmes.
- Lead, mentor and develop the in-house installation team.
- Manage and maintain a trusted network of UK and European subcontractors.
- Oversee onsite installations, resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate dismantles, logistics and warehouse returns.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including RAMS and PPE.
- Maintain quality standards through final inspections and continuous process improvements.
- Work with Project Managers and the General Manager to control costs, improve efficiency and maximise profitability.
- Build strong relationships with clients, exhibition organisers, venues and site teams.
What You'll Need
- At least 5 years' experience in exhibition stand installations.
- Previous experience leading installation teams.
- Strong knowledge of shell scheme and bespoke stand construction.
- Excellent planning, organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Forklift licence and European installation experience are desirable.
