Are you a Health & Safety professional from the Food Manufacturing industry looking to join a leading manufacturer where you can play a key role in driving safety culture and continuous improvement across a modern production facility?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturer, where you will be responsible for leading site-wide health, safety, and compliance initiatives while working closely with operational and engineering teams.
The company is a recognised leader within its sector and continues to invest heavily in its people, processes, and facilities. They are now looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to support the next phase of their growth and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance are maintained.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety strategies, conducting audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the site.
This role would suit a Health & Safety Manager or Advisor from a Food Manufacturing background looking to join an industry-leading organisation offering long-term career development and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
The Role:
- Health & Safety Manager
- Lead site-wide health, safety, and compliance activities
- Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments
- Drive continuous improvement and safety culture initiatives
- Monday – Friday
The Person:
- Health & Safety Manager, Advisor, or Coordinator
- Background within Food Manufacturing or Food Processing
- Knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and compliance standards
- NEBOSH, Diploma, or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
- Looking to join a well-established and growing manufacturer
- Passionate about driving safety standards and continuous improvement
