The Job
- Trunking between Royal Mail depots
- No handballing — just organised, planned routes
- Morning, evening and weekend shifts available
Key Responsibilities
- Transport mail between national sites
- Complete vehicle checks and uphold top-tier safety
- Follow scheduled routes with precision
- Represent Royal Mail with professionalism on every run
What You Need
- Valid HGV Class 1 / C+E licence (held for 2+ years)
- A valid and in date CPC + Digital Tachograph card
- 180+ days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 2 years
- Max 6 points on your licence
- Able to pass vetting & DBS checks
What You Get
- Excellent pay: £21.44–£24.57 p/h (shift dependent)
- Guaranteed minimum daily hours
- Weekly pay, holiday accrual & pension (PAYE)
- Option to secure preferred shifts after assessment
- Onsite parking & canteen facilities are available in most Depots
