?? The Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and roadworthiness
- Arriving on time and keeping the traffic office informed of any delays or issues
- Following all company procedures, customer requirements, and the Highway Code
- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
- Completing all deliveries and collections in line with manifests
- Complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations
- Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy, and in good condition
? What You’ll Need
- Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
- Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic
