HGV Class 2 Driver – Broxburn
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Broxburn.
This is a great opportunity offering a temp-to-perm position, with a start date at the end of May, and consistent weekday work.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, or Pallet Delivery Driver.
Shift Pattern: • Monday to Friday • 07:00 start time – job finish
Pay Rate: • £15.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Driver will be:
• Delivering palletised goods to customers • Conducting approximately 10 drops per day • Operating tail lifts and supporting unloading where required • Some manual handling (minimal handballing) • Using FLT and other lifting equipment where applicable • Completing delivery paperwork and daily vehicle checks • Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be a HGV Class 2 Driver are:
• Valid UK Category C Driving Licence • Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • Good communication skills • Reliable, professional, and punctual • Comfortable with some manual handling
Desirable Experience:
• Previous pallet delivery or multi-drop experience • FLT or other lifting equipment experience (advantageous)
Training:
• Ongoing support and development provided
