Start Date: September 2026
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Rainham, Kent, from September 2026.
This is a full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for a confident HLTA who enjoys supporting pupils across a range of age groups. The successful candidate will work across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), delivering high-quality learning experiences, leading small group interventions, and covering classes when required.
The successful HLTA will:

Have previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar role within a primary school.

Be confident supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2.

Have excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.

Be able to deliver planned lessons and support pupils to achieve their full potential.

Work effectively as part of a dedicated and collaborative school team.

Be committed to creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
