Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for an exciting new opportunity this September?

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and experienced HLTA to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Welling, Bexley. This is a full-time, long-term/permanent position offering the opportunity to work across all primary year groups, supporting pupils and staff to achieve the very best outcomes.

The Role

• Full-time HLTA position

• September start

• Long-term with the potential to become permanent

• Based in Welling, Bexley

• Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Support pupils with a range of learning needs

• Work closely with teachers and the wider school team to promote pupil progress and wellbeing

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role within a UK primary school

• HLTA qualification is desirable, or equivalent experience

• Confident leading whole-class learning when required

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Flexible, proactive, and able to work across all primary year groups

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
