Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for an exciting new opportunity this September?
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and experienced HLTA to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Welling, Bexley. This is a full-time, long-term/permanent position offering the opportunity to work across all primary year groups, supporting pupils and staff to achieve the very best outcomes.
The Role

Based in Welling, Bexley

Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
-
Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Support pupils with a range of learning needs

Work closely with teachers and the wider school team to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
Requirements
-
Previous experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role within a UK primary school
-
HLTA qualification is desirable, or equivalent experience
-
Confident leading whole-class learning when required
-
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
-
Flexible, proactive, and able to work across all primary year groups

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
