Location: Waltham Forest, London Contract: Permanent Start Date: September 2026 Salary: £27,000-£36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This permanent role offers the chance to work across EYFS through to Key Stage 2, providing whole-class cover and delivering targeted interventions that help pupils make excellent progress. The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2 * Lead one-to-one and small group intervention sessions * Support teachers in raising pupil achievement * Promote positive behaviour and an engaging learning environment * Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience in a similar role * Has experience confidently covering primary classes * Can deliver effective interventions to support pupil progress * Is organised, adaptable and works well as part of a team * Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development
