- HLTA – Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant required
- HLTA – Experience supporting teaching and learning across the primary age range desirable
- HLTA – Must be confident delivering interventions and covering lessons when required

The Role – HLTA
Seeking a confident and proactive HLTA to support pupils aged 4-11 within a primary school setting. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils across a range of abilities and provide whole-class cover when required. The role involves assisting with lesson delivery, monitoring pupil progress, supporting behaviour management and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will also contribute to planning learning activities and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
