Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Full-Time | Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2026

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HLTA to join our dedicated team and support teaching and learning across the school.

The role will involve:

  • Delivering planned learning activities and interventions.
  • Covering classes during teacher absence or PPA time.
  • Supporting pupils' academic and personal development.
  • Working closely with teachers to raise attainment and progress.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold HLTA status or equivalent experience.
  • Have excellent classroom management skills.
  • Be confident leading whole-class learning.
  • Be committed to supporting all pupils to achieve their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
